The shuowei dehumidification kiln can not only dehumidify but also dry the wood. We can adjust the moisture content of the wood independently through the high-frequency generator. So it’s a multi-purpose machine.
High frequency is direct heating. It generates an electromagnetic field between two electrodes by means of a three-phase alternating current. In this field, water molecules are polarized-rotated-heated by friction
High-frequency waves can penetrate deep into the wood, drying the wood evenly from the core to the surface of the wood.
Even Atsugi heats well. The high-frequency vacuum wood dryer is also equipped with a vacuum system.
Under vacuum conditions, the wood moisture can boil at around 35-60 degrees and evaporate quickly, saving time and effort.
Low-temperature wood drying can ensure wood quality and avoid cracking problems. At the same time, the vacuum system will suck the moisture out of the wood due to the pressure difference; double the drying speed of the wood.
