This time, we mainly dried an initial moisture content: of 30%, a thickness of 1.25 inches, a target MC: of 18%, totally used 5 days. This set of SWKD-20.0HFV is loaded with nearly 20 CBM(8000board feet) of pine. The drying task was completed very quickly and efficiently.
24 hour online installation.
Because the customer wanted to install it as quickly as possible, he chose to install the kiln online. Our experienced engineer Carlos Sheng is still responsible for the main installation. Due to the 14-hour time difference with Mexico, We chose to balance the impact of the time difference by creating a schedule that maximizes both parties’ ability to install at a reasonable time. Even so, our engineer and customer still stayed up several nights to finally install the kiln successfully. The client give full recognition to our after-sales service.
