This time in Tanzania, Mr. Carlos and his team installed a SWKD-14.0 high-frequency vacuum wood drying kiln, one of our largest models, which can hold 14.56 cubic meters of wood at one time. Its high efficient drying capacity, excellent drying quality and huge volume can meet most of your timber drying needs, which is very suitable for large furniture factories, timber export companies. Installation And Test Work Of High-Frequency Vacuum Wood Dryer Kiln
After overcoming the difficulties caused by climate, electricity and other unfavorable factors, Mr. Carlos and his engineers successfully installed the high frequency vacuum wood drying kiln for our customer. We have always been committed to serving our customers with sincerity and helping them to solve their problems in wood drying, and have gained the trust and support of our customers.
The timber to be dried is Minga wood, a kind of hardwood native to Tanzania, with a thickness of 60-80mm (2-3”) and an initial moisture content of 43-48%MC
Drying was completed in just 6 days under the control of the automated program. The final moisture content was 10-12% MC, without any cracking or warping. The customer gave us a very high praise for the fully automated drying program, robustness and excellent drying quality of our machine.
