Three years have passed, and recently, we revisited our American client Kevin to see how he’s been faring with our drying machine. Let’s take a look at his current situation!
Kevin is much more handsome than in the photos. When we met in his factory, he gave me many surprises. a young man speaking fluent Spanish and driving a Panamera.
And I am shocked when I step into his factory. it is really wood world. timbers, slabs, beams and blocks everywhere. The video is just a corner of his factory.
He ordered the HF vacuum wood drying kiln in 2021, and as you know, during 2020–2022, some force majeure factors have happened, so we have to guide the installation and operation online. For the 4-6-inch beams, it takes 15-20 days to finish the drying process in our kiln.
He said to never wait months again to get quality kiln-dried beams since he has our machine. And it is efficient and self-sufficient, giving him time to work on other projects as well. He is preparing a new place to add another set of machines. Customer‘s success is our happiness.
