SWKD High Frequency-Vacuum Wood Dryer Kiln in Gabon
Our exporter manager Mr.Carlos and Technician Mr. Xu have finished the high-frequency vacuum wood dry kiln install work in Gabon.
This is time to install two sets of SW-14.0III model high-frequency vacuum dry kiln, the full capacity is 14.56 cubic meters per full load, The maximum wood size it can handle is 8 meters in long and 1.4 meters in wide.
Our customer purchased a SW-20.0III and a SW-14.0III a few years ago. His lumber mill has grown rapidly and become much more productive with the help of our high-frequency vacuum lumber drying kilns.
The CEO of the factory told us that since using our high-frequency vacuum timber drying kiln, the drying efficiency of the timber has increased by nearly ten times compared to the period when the traditional drying kiln was used.

The CEO told him that use insufficiently dried wood to make furniture will affect the structural strength of the furniture, shape, etc., and is very susceptible to pests, mould and rot.
The CEO gave Mr Carlos and Mr Xu a tour of their factory, warehouse and furniture showroom. Mr Carlos highly praised the company’s advanced wood processing methods, rigorous work style and amazing products.
